the amount is optional: fill it in and it overrides the hourly-rate calculation (handy for fixed-price work)

06 // Strategic project list
rank your fronts by real priority: whatever pays the bills goes first. The tiers are yours — rename them, delete the ones you don't use, or make new ones.
how to use this list
The point: decide where your time goes while you're calm, so you don't have to decide it hot every morning. Rank by what moves you towards steady income, not by what you feel like doing.
Useful questions when ranking: does it earn directly or is it support work? does it depend on third parties who could cut you off? is it competing for time with something that already pays?
| Horizon | Focus |
|---|---|
| Now | Clients and committed work — what pays the bills |
| As soon as there's room | The next bet, decided in advance |
| Someday | Ideas to mature: they either move up a tier or get dropped |

07 // To-do list
08 // Idea inbox
quick capture. Nothing turns into a project on its own — review it now and then by hand: promote it to a tier, park it in the backlog, or delete it.
09 // Operational checklists
clickable templates you can reset. They're starting points — edit them until they match how you actually work. Pick a project and you'll only see its instances. Use "+ NEW" to start a template on the selected project.

renewals show up automatically in tab 04 (deadlines)
11 // Finances
a quick overview, not accounting — everything is entered by hand: you type the balance or price when you look it up. No automatic connection to your bank or broker, no API, no keys stored here.

Expenses
monthly = a fixed recurring cost (rent, subscriptions...), no date needed. Quarterly/yearly/one-off need a next charge date — those also show up in section 04 (deadlines).
| what | amount | frequency | next charge | note |

12 // Weekly schedule
fixed recurring blocks (classes, work...). For one-off dates use Deadlines (04) or To-do (07) — this is what repeats every week.
13 // Gym routine
fixed templates with checkoff, same pattern as Checklists (09) but without per-project instances. Tick off what you did today; "RESET" clears everything for the next session.
add your exercises to each day (free text: "exercise — sets×reps"). Remember to warm up before each session and stretch at the end.
14 // Meal plan
a fixed weekly template — it repeats every week. Built for the shopping list, not as a diary of what you ate.
| Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner |

Shopping list
built automatically from the protein / carb / extra-veg / fat of the menu above (it counts how often each ingredient shows up across the week). Tick off whatever you've already bought.
